About this Publication The greatest obstacle we encountered in our Agile transformation was breaking existing behavioral habits and changing legacy waterfall thinking. In order to work through this impediment, we first identified and classified the specific behaviors we needed to change, and then came up with a new set of desired Agile behaviors. We used
